Pop-Overs

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 cup milk     
1 cup Wondra Flour
¼ t salt

Heat oven to 425. Heavily grease 6 deep custard cups or 8 muffin cups. Beat eggs slightly, add milk, flour, and salt. Stir with a fork just to blend.  DO NOT OVER MIX! Fill greased cups ½ full or muffin cups 1/3 full. Bake 40 – 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
