Heavenly Hash Brownies

Brownie:

Melt together 2 sticks of butter or margarine and 1/3 cup cocoa.

Beat 4 eggs. Add 2 cups of sugar, 1 ½ cups flour, and 1-½ cups chopped nuts.

Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Spread batter in pan.

 

Bake at 300 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven.

Spread top with 1 small package of mini marshmallows and return to oven for 1 minute. Cool.

Icing:

Melt 4 oz of butter or margarine and ½ cup cocoa. Add 1 box confectioners sugar, 1 t vanilla, 1/3-cup cream. Beat with a mixer or wooden spoon until smooth. Spread quickly on top of marshmallow layer.

Cool and cut into bars. Serves lots!
